Get The Cure

1. Own Everything

Say it out loud:
“Every single thing wrong in my life is my fault. Even if someone else played a role—I let it happen, I allowed it, or I didn’t prepare for it.”
Why it works: It puts you in full control. Victims can’t change anything. Kings can.

2. Kill the Voice of Blame

When you hear:
•“They did this to me”
•“It’s because of my childhood/job/dad/etc”
•“It’s unfair”
Say:
“Shut the hell up. That voice isn’t me. It’s weakness speaking.”
Then take action immediately. Get up. Do something hard. Move weight. Knock out a task.

3. Create a Rule: No Complaining, No Explaining

From now on, no complaining.
And you don’t have to explain your decisions to anyone.
You execute. You adapt. You move forward.

4. Make a Daily Contract With Yourself

Every morning, say:
“I am the cause. I am the cure. Whatever happens today—I created it. If I don’t like something, I fix it. Period.”
Then write your 3 non-negotiable wins for the day:
•Physical (sweat, pain, movement)
•Mental (study, execute, build)
•Spiritual (reflect, pray, affirm)
 

5. Redefine Success

Success is not a goal. Success is:
“Being a man who handles his business no matter what. Every day.”
Blame is easy. Discipline is sacred.
